Over 13 years of continuous achievement in information technology and both

product management and enterprise system architecture, Mr. Chang has

provided computer software consulting services in central Florida area and

* Evaluated and integrated a plant-wide SCADA and energy

information systems in a LAN environment, using Visual Basic,

C++/HP-UX, Oracle and Foxboro's Intelligent/Automation Series

distributed control system.

as real-time pricing, thermodynamic analysis, heat rate

calculation, and performance monitoring to assist the operation
