Being a creative director at a small fast-paced agency allowed me to learn

the fine art of balancing creative requirements with client business

requirements and

coming up with design solutions that met or exceeded strategic objectives.

Clients include: Naturalizer, Votre Vu, Sears, Lens Crafters, FTD, Cintas,

MB Financial Bank and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology

Naturalizer: The challenge: to develop a new marketing and branding

strategy and increase sales. Met this challenge with new creative, combined

with pagination analysis and testing, for optimum page density and proper

pacing. First catalog created by my team, in the spring of 2005, had an

increase in sales of 11% and an increased ROI of 150%. We won the bronze

RACie award for direct response in 2005.

Votre Vu: The challenge: Votre Vu was a start up brand that approached us

to translate their

vision for French inspired, luxurious, all natural skin care into a high

end catalog. Met this challenge by building a solid brand strategy and

executing a targeted catalog. Sold only online and through independent

consultants, sales were close to $1 million dollars in the first two

months.

We received the Silver Davey award for our work.
