district. I had to research and hire outside service vendors. I

supervise freestanding units as well as mall stores.

T.L. Cannon Corp. (Applebee's)

General Manager-

Responsibilities include all day-to-day operations of

the restaurant.

I ran the only management-training unit in our entire

market. I was the

local store marketing manager for the Rochester

market.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

District Manager-

7 stores, Combined annual sales 35 Million Dollars. I have 5

years of retail management

expierience. I dealt directly with suppliers, vendors and

supervised all 7 retail managers.

I supervised 7 retail operations and restaurants. I had to

write quarterly goals and annual budgets. I supervised high

and low volume restaurants.

for my stores.

Perk Development Corp (Perkins)

General Manager-

I ran stores that varied from 1 million to 2.5

million dollars in sales. I ran a store on a

hotel property and learned how difficult that can

be. I turned a second dining room

into a conference room and generated thousands of

dollars that boosted our profitability.

I was also Perk Development's special projects

director. When Perkins began the Bakery

concept, I was tasked to assemble a team and go

learn the operation and then to

roll it out in all 41 stores.
