Project Manager for retirement of Windows XP across the Bechtel enterprise. Mitigate IT security risk
associated remaining Windows XP devices across Bechtel’s expansive business units and projects. Scope
included 3000 computers located across 6 independent business units, 4 geographic world regions and 78
physical site locations. Challenges included applications compatibility, budgetary, personnel and computer
resources constraints. All devices successfully mitigated within the aggressive project drop dead date.
Project Manager for Bechtel Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Program using Cobit5
governance and ITIL best practices. Prepared the initial program charter and supported presentation to
IS&T senior management for approval. The program is in the conceptual phase and the charter continues to
evolve. Program is trending towards a service management transformation and cultural change to the
organization. Interacting with consultants and ITSM vendors to finalize a strategy and 3 5 year roadmap

Supporting multiple projects across the business unit. Involved in Engineering Services, Combined
Operating License Applications, Extended Power Uprates, Steam Generator Replacement, & Reactor Head
Replacement efforts. Work closely with our nuclear clients in a partnership to manage quality of service for
IT products and services provided by them. Nuclear Safeguards Information custodian managing computer
operations for a secure isolated network. Actively promoting safety and quality within the IS&T function

with the customer for access to Bechtel applications software.

IS&T and Office Services Manager
A member of the office staff management team responsible for direction of IS&T and Office Services
Operations for OG&C office. Delivering IS&T products and services to projects providing continuous
engineering services support to Eastman Chemical Company across multiple plant sites. Engineering,
Procurement and Construction scope included any combination of large capital projects to small work
orders. IS&T was recognized for their valuable contributions in execution excellence, innovation, work
