• Participated in the On-Boarding workshop at Walldorf, Germany (organized by SAP AG) to kick-off the
first-ever PILOT SAP-EWM project at NESTLE group – to understand the standard EWM solution and
the goal and objective of organizational change management.
• Understanding AS-IS business processes & gathering the requirements of the current distribution
facility & mapping the Business Process to the SAP EWM module (Release 9.0 / 9.2) - GAP analysis.

flows for the pilot EWM plant.
• Designed the complete inbound-receiving solution for the NESTLE GLOBE template & prepared a
