ACHIEVEMENTS

Created and developed a machine for pushing out ingot from mold-in cold stage. Reduced waste

and improve the production of iron for hundreds of tones.

Created, developed, organized and supervised the production of a train for transporting long welded

rails, increasing transportation of rails, up to 3 km of track on one train. Measuring and checking of

Rails and Tracks – replace part of switch because of internal flaw of 40cm.

Planned, created and implemented a new department for production of wood elements. Increased

production of wood elements by approximately 15%.

Initiated, planned and created a factory for the production of spare parts for passenger coaches and

locomotives. Organized, managed and coordinate the total Project, business system and established

evaluated organization of 100 workers. Produced spare parts are saved about $ 2 M in importing.

Initiated, planned and created a Workshop with 6 railroad tracks for the maintenance of railroad

machines. Improved a maintenance and increased effectiveness and longevity of the machinery.

Analyzed and identified a problem issued at Stacking conveyor in a Bauxite mine. Formulated and

implemented solution for maintenance. Reduced the costs of Maintenance.

Initiated, organized and managed a team of 4-6 engineers and technicians, responsible for the design

of the Train for rails, machines for ingots and portal cranes which resulted in quality products.
