Title: “Computer Modeling of Protein-Peptide Interface Solvation”, advisor Dr. Ian S. Haworth
The main goal of my research is able to use bioinformatic approach to discover protein-peptide interface and apply to drug
discovery with development of inhibitor.
• Computer modeling and analyzed 1638 protein-peptide interface and used a solvation calculation algorithm called
WATGEN to calculate the water location
• Studied Abl-SH3 domain binding complexe-3EG1
