March 2011 - Financial Consulting working with Health Insurance Company

Development Team completing Certificate of Authority Application for HMO

License and RFP to be submitted to HHSC for STAR and CHIP.

. Responsible for set up and projecting all Financial records.

. Preparing 24-month projections for COA and RFP filings as well as 5-

year projections for the company's Board of Directors.

. Assisting Actuary in projecting premium rates and medical costs by

risk categories based on county historical averages.

. Responsible for preparation of projections for staffing, benefits and

office space for the 5-years of operations beginning January 1, 2012.

. Purchased and setup Microsoft Dynamics and Forecaster Software as well

administrator and manage all financial reporting for major client Welborn
