28 I have been in a lead or supervisor position for over 15 years, and have learned to

respect and gain peoples trust through hard work and listening to their ideas

because we are all subject to learning something new no matter how much we

know.

29 My father taught me how to weld, he received all his skills in the Navy and he

taught me a lot about metals and how to weld them. steel, aluminum etc. I don’t

act like I know everything because I don’t, so I listen and learn more and more

each day and with the things that I do know I can pass it on to someone else so

they will have the confidence and the knowledge to do the work at hand.

30 Welding processes include (GMAW) hard wire, flux core, metal core, aluminum,

and stainless.

My interests

32 My first and far most important interest is my family and friends.
