procedures, plans and requirements for Readiness & Emergency

Management, CBRN, WMD, and Consequence Management

. Provide input to AFDW Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) to ensure

compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

. Establish decontamination operating procedures and constructed

contamination control areas to ensure proper protection of all

personnel

. Execute Exercise Evaluation Team (EET) objectives for WMD terrorist

attacks, natural disasters, and other contingency responses

. Organize and coordinate annual Black Flag exercise at Center for

National Response (CNR) in West Virginia for 60 AFDW CBRN response
