Toby's Bar Wichita Falls, Texas Bartender/ Cocktail Waitress

. Position began as a Cocktail Waitress within a two-month span of time,

transitioned into a Bartender position based on demonstrated competency

and proficiency among teammates. Responsibilities associated with the

Bartender position included, but were not limited to:

o Authorized to access to the premises around the clock (issued keys

to the establishment); accountable for various types of tender

received per business day (e.g., payment transactions by cash,

credit cards, debit cards) and responsible for maintaining a

balanced till for each shift while steadily providing excellent

customer service as well as a variety of other multiple tasks;

secondary tasks included re-stocking the lounge area and assuring

all seating and serving areas were clean and sanitized to the

highest level possible.

action documentation and performance awards, as necessary.

Originally hired for seasonal / temporary vacancy, yet based on

performance and customer service skills, position became a permanent

member of hotel staff, and promotional opportunities followed.

Duties included, but were not limited to: Facilitated and managed

banquets and large events in multiple capacities as supervisor,

server, bartender, and cocktail waitress; Prepared and audited

large bank deposits and other financial transactions; Top-quality

concierge service for all guests whether for overnight stays or

restaurant / lounge patrons; Prepared salad and dessert

arrangements for special occasions; Provided service as needed

within a number of areas and operated various types of equipment

within hotel (e.g. Replacement room keys, Special needs guest

accomodations, Guest check-in / check-out software, etc.); Recruited

entertainment artists for lounge (e.g. Karaoke night, various
