2000 plus desktops, 20 AIX /RS6000 servers, 60 Win2K Servers, 3 Sun

servers, AS400, Lucent G3r phone systems, Lucent, Cisco network switches,

Citrix, Lucent CTI, Davox dialer and other related equipment. Duties

include: Project Management, Business Integration, Strategic Planning,

Technology Integration, Application Support, Helpdesk Coordination,

Personnel administration, evaluations, hire/fire, motivation/corrective

actions. Direct report to COO, managed a 12 million dollar budget and a

staff of 25.

> Executed the conversion of monitoring applications to a single

proprietary Oracle application at five call centers, to include

implementation of new infrastructure, data center, consolidation of

project.

> Active Directory implementation for 60 Microsoft servers and 2000

> Consolidation of 3 call centers into main center with primary and
