Cellar Operations Manager, May 2008 - September 2010

. Responsible for site safety and compliance with company Health, Safety

and Environmental program, HACCP program and Food Safety/Quality

program.

. Responsible for the hiring, training and discipline of all Cellar

employees to include compliance with all Federal, State and local

employment, wage and hour, safety rules and regulations and laws.

. Responsible for maintaining inventory of glass, labels and corks for

on-site bottling, and supervising mobile bottling while on-site.
