Sr. Payroll Manager

• Provide direct, daily tactical supervision and leadership to a staff of 3 -4 direct reports who

perform all payroll processing activities for 7000 plus employees, including exempt and non-

exempt payroll processing, payroll tax activities, reporting, responding to all payroll-related

questions. Monitor and manage workload balance among staff to ensure parity and an effective

operational environment. Review and approve the work product and activities of the Payroll team

to ensure all payroll activities are performed according to company policies, implementing

appropriate checks, balances, audit trails and trending analysis where required. Function as system

administrator for the payroll system, administering financial controls and adding and deleting

users in accordance with company policy. Continuously review Payroll procedure documentation

to ensure it reflects current practices; ensure timely updates. Develop and present payroll-related

Payroll / Operation Manager

• Partner with internal and external clients, operations staff, management and others; provided

guidance to business operation. Supervise and managed client’s projects and directed the payroll

operation which included managing the day to day operation of the payroll and payroll
