• Provide direct, daily tactical supervision and leadership to a staff of 3 -4 direct reports who
perform all payroll processing activities for 7000 plus employees, including exempt and non-
exempt payroll processing, payroll tax activities, reporting, responding to all payroll-related
questions. Monitor and manage workload balance among staff to ensure parity and an effective
operational environment. Review and approve the work product and activities of the Payroll team
to ensure all payroll activities are performed according to company policies, implementing
appropriate checks, balances, audit trails and trending analysis where required. Function as system
