. Schedule All Production for plant manufacturing- Daily and Weekly

. Follow scheduled products and make adjustments in current schedule

if necessary to meet customer needs

. Analyze current procedures and develop new & improved procedures if

necessary

. Develop and maintain product matrix for produced and stock items

. Conduct monthly inventories

. Conduct weekly cycle counts

. Organize and conduct year-end inventories

. Follow-up on inventory variations

. Check questionable products for approval or disapproval

. Create an assortment of forms and spreadsheets

. Keep Customer Service Mgr, Chief Operating Officer, Company Vice-

President & Plant Mgr informed of any issues that could affect

production and customer needs

. Handle customer complaints and investigate how & why a complaint

was necessary

. Fill in for Plant Mgr in his absence

. Safety Committee- conducted walk thru plant inspections for safety

hazards, made suggestions for improvements and potential hazards,

lock-out tag-out program, Stop Safety Training seminar

. Approve plant employee vacations based on plant production &

customer requirements

. Review potential employee resumes' and applications

. Interview potential employees

. Supervise new employees training & address any conduct issues
