management firm. Responsible for calling on Fortune 500 pension funds,

university endowments and foundations to assist them with the maximization

of the institution's return on investment. Also advisor on commercial real

estate matters. Manager of sales staff of eight individuals that

continually meet all quotas set for my division. In charge of interviewing

and recruiting new employees. Director of company's Career Advancement and

Business Development Training Classes. Founding Partner retiring soon and

firm will be reorganized.

MERITAGE MORTGAGE CORPORATION, Los Angeles, California, Senior Sales

Manager, June 2002 - January 2006

In charge of managing a team of ten Account Executives that sold firm's

subprime financial products to more than 1000 residential mortgage brokers

in Los Angeles and Orange counties. Consistently exceeded sales goals and

was named the company's "Manager of the Year" two times. Responsible for

interviewing and recruiting new employees. Director of company's Career

Development and Sales Training Classes. Firm went out of business as a

result of the nationwide collapse of the subprime mortgage banking

industry.

FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION, Tucson, Arizona, Sales Manager, May

1997 - June 2001

Responsible for directing sales team of six Account Executives that

generated subprime loans for the largest residential mortgage

banking/brokerage organization in southern Arizona. Set firm's twelve-month

funding record three times. In charge of interviewing and recruiting new

employees. Responsible for company's Career Development and Sales Training

Classes. Company is now out of business as a result of the nationwide

collapse of the subprime mortgage banking industry.

DEL WEBB CORPORATION, Phoenix, Arizona, Senior Sales Associate, Sun City,

May 1995 - April 1997

Responsible for selling new homes at developer's latest active adult

community. Received the "Chairman's Award" from the Sales and Marketing

Council of the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona for being a top

10% producer in the Phoenix area. Del Webb is the largest developer of

active adult communities in the world. The real estate developer was sold

at the end of my tenure and is now a division of Pulte Homes.

National Outdoor Leadership School, Wilderness First Responder School,

Wilderness Medicine Institute and Mountain Rescue School. Former Member of
