Roles & Responsibilities:

Performing daily health checkand monitoring.

Checking availability, connectivity of the systems in landscape.

Using Workload monitor and analyzing, recording workload, response times of the system and

reporting to technical manager.

Monitoring critical areas like ABAP Dumps, System and DB locks, Spool request etc...

Installing SAP GUI (WINDOWS / JAVA) and other frontend components like Business Client

comprehensive range of consumer electronic products, home appliances and telecommunication

provider who are using SAP to manage their enterprise.

It has a team of 10 SAP Support consultants which includes a Basis team of 3 members with

business users around 100.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Performing daily health check, monitoring and implementing solutions.

Performing Hardware sizing for Instillation of ECC6.0, Netweaver 7.0 under the

supervison of Techenical Manager.

Pre-Instillantion, Instillation, Post Instillation and follow up activities of ECC 6.0

Including EHP4, Netweaver7.0, Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1 by SWPM.
