communication with people inside/outside of the JHMR.

Assist Director in planning and budgeting process.

Management and coordination of on mountain operations to support instructors and

classes including but not limited to, scheduling and staff levels to match business needs,

lift operation and safety, snowmobile transportation operations.

This position requires a high level of responsibility and excellent staff and customer

relations. Coordination and execution of any other needs by instructors or management.
