IPT, ICM and Router & Switch engineer Duty Manager
Core Network Operations Duty Manager responsible for managing engineers in technologies such as Router & Switch,
IPT, ICM, and Tier1 Triage engineers responsible for maintaining Corporate Network infrastructures from domestic to
international branch offices. Self-motivated manager who made it a point to keep stake holders up-to-date on incidents
with accurate formal responses.
Managed customer facing meetings to deliver informative updates throughout the meeting process for internal
and external visibility.
EXEL spread sheets were created on a daily basis, and sent to the customer to provide a visual on what types
of incidents were present in their network environment. Brief updates were needed on every ticket for each
customer that requested these spread sheets.
Responsible for coordinating and running customer meetings to discuss incidents that have occurred in their
network environment. In the meetings I provided the customer with updates on all the incidents that are current
in the ticket system.
