Fifteen years of direct customer contact has resulted in highly developed customer
service skills. Acquired the experience necessary to repair a wide range of electronic
problems which include ATMs, fixed CCTV cameras, pan tilt zoom CCTV cameras, Computer
hardware problems, and multiple types of electronic article surveillance equipment. As a
former electronic technician for Tyco, several company provided training courses have
been completed which further enhanced technical, driving, and customer skills. Attention
to detail and ensuring that equipment is esthetically appealing to the customer after an
installation or repair has been completed is also of the utmost importance.

Second Line ATM Technician. Pendum, LLC., Denver, CO.
. Managed calls and time to meet service level obligations.
. Attained Certified NCR ATM Technician status for Persona and Self-Serve
ATMs
. Communicated regularly with management, customers, and other technicians
on calls, inventory, escalations, etc.
. Ran diagnostic tests on troubled ATMs, repaired, and performed preventative
maintenance on ATMs when applicable.
. Performed 2nd/1st line mechanical and electronic repairs on various ATM models.
. Successfully utilized all testing equipment such as a multimeter, communication
break out boxes, high speed line tester, etc.
. Ensured ATM computers were properly set up in the network.
. Responsible for maintaining an adequate quantity of parts to ensure problems
were fixed the first time out.

. Responsible for installing, trouble shooting, and maintaining several
different types of EAS, CCTV, and RFID equipment.
. Electronic Article Surveillance equipment included magnetics,
microwave, acquisto magnetics, electronic EAS monitoring devices and FM
based systems.

. CCTV equipment included fixed cameras, video controllers, pan, tilt,
zoom domes, multiplexers, VCR units, and DVR devices.
. Installed and repaired computer based DVR systems both as stand alone
and networked units.
