My Objective:

To gain employment in an inspiring and high paced environment where my extensive

skill set and experience can be utilized to further enhance the organizations goals.

My Qualifications:

My 30+ year work experience that began in retail at Alexander’s Dept. Stores on

Fordham Road in the Bronx lead me to a long run at Bloomingdale’s N.Y. as one of three

African-American Fragrance Model on the “B Way”, along with Jesse James and Allen

Payne, of House of Payne fame.

This ultimately lead to a 4 year run as a Beauty Advisor with Fashion Fair Cosmetics

under the management of Lola Aslam, former Fashion Fair Model turned Counter

Manager in Bloomingdale’s NY.

I left Fashion Fair to pursue a career as an image consultant working for, then world

renowned hair stylist as his personal assistant, Micheal Weeks who was, at the time, the

Hairstylist for Whitney Houston, Sade, Faye Dunaway. This afforded me the opportunity

to refine my techniques and afforded exposure to the corporate operations of the Beauty

and Fashion Business. I later developed my own “Style Team”, so named. We were the

FIRST “glam squad” who won awards for styling Lil Kim, LL Cool J, Foxxy Brown and

Method Man in the ‘90’s for Def Jam Recordings and Atlantic Records.

I later retired to my home in the Bronx and pursued realestate. Since the financial melt

down I have experienced hardship but have learned a lot and through a series of events

have been appointed the Chair of the Economic Crisis Division of the National Action

Network Bronx Chapter.

Civil Rights is my current passion and responsibility. The above should give the reader an

insight to the scope and intrinsic skills that were employed to effectuate such a

prosperous and varied working past that required a superior qualification base.
