Client: Marks & Spencer is a major British retailer with over 885 stores in more than 40 countries. It is

the largest clothing retailer in the United Kingdom, and a luxury food retailer.

• Lead support for M&S SRM Procurement application which had over 500 business users and

processed 70,000 Purchase Orders (PO) annually with over 1000 catalog items and 80 supplier

catalogs.

• Resolved SRM production problems for Self Service Procurement, Extended Classic Scenario

and CCM 2.0. Rectified over 100 critical functionality bugs on Support Pack 14 within tight project

timelines and was recognized with numerous accolades from the client.

• Customized SRM standard functionality and tested business scenarios driven by business

requirements for M&S SRM Production system and provided support for critical and prioritized

incidents.

• Managed and configured SRM extended Classic Scenario with Self Service Procurement and
