following a relocation of the facility from NC to SC. This position was to
serve as the project leader for the physical move of the facility from Flat
Rock, NC to Greenville, SC (move to begin Summer 2012). Duties included
negotiating pricing and delivery of aviation parts overhaul activity and
inventory management of overhauled and repaired aviation replacement parts.
Physical relocation of the facility was suspended 30 days into my arrival.
Continuation of my position was not beneficial/a good fit for the company
and I was released.
Subcontract Administrator, Staff (Leader of Supplier Management/Supplier
Relationship Program)

Responsible for the performance monitoring and mission success of over 650
parts suppliers and contract service providers supplying parts, raw
materials, and metal fabrication and avionics repair services to Lockheed
Martin's Greenville, SC facility. Developed and implemented a system that
prepares and distributes a supplier scorecard system that acquires delivery
performance and quality acceptance data and provides feedback to supplier
base. ). Practiced procurement operations in accordance in compliance with
the FAR and DFAR, contributed to preparation for the 2012 CPSR, which

Subcontract Administrator, Staff (Procurement Lead P-3 and C-130 Projects)

Responsible for the negotiations and subcontract administration management
of a number of major subcontracts for Lockheed Martin's Donaldson Center
facility, to include a C-130 Hercules aircraft modification and repair
project contract in Bucharest, Romania (contract value $32 million), Rolls
Royce engine repair, maintenance and technical support services for several
C-130 and P-3 aircraft engine repair projects (2007 spend was $21 million),
and the negotiation and execution of a five-year agreement for the
procurement and delivery of all aviation fuel used at our center's
facility. Provide repair parts support by acting as a procurement liaison
with program management on al C-130 repair and overhaul projects and for P-
3 wings overhaul and repair. Practiced procurement operations in
accordance in compliance with the FAR and DFAR, contributed to preparation
for the 2009 CPSR, which resulted in a passing score with no faults or
findings noted. and Reviewed and assigned all aircraft production purchase
requisitions to a team of six buyers and monitor the progress of hundreds
of purchase requisitions and orders. Served as implementation manager for
an aviation chemicals management company that was awarded the project
subcontract for chemical management as our facility. Currently serving as

Supervised the daily operations of an 8 person procurement team of
subcontract adminstrator buyers, contract workers, and a sales
representative in support of the OEM Corporate Contract with the Defense
Logistics Agency (DLA) supporting aircraft spares and repair parts for
Lockheed Martin aircraft currently used by the U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force,
and U.S. Coast Guard), with a value over $20 million. Supervised the
sourcing, proposal development, purchase requisition, purchase order
placement and administration of potential and actual items on the contract,
and trained and developed employees. Significant experience buying
castings and forgings. Responsible for ensuring that the team operates in
a manner that is compliant to all applicable Federal Acquisition
Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR).
Practiced procurement operations in accordance in compliance with the FAR
and DFAR, contributed to preparation for the 2006 CPSR, which 6resulted in
a passing score with no faults or findings noted. Led a proposal effort
that added approximately 790 parts to the corporate contract in 2006 and

Served as manager of the production control department and stockroom.
Responsible for the accuracy and accountability of $7.2 million of in-house
inventory. Supervised 33 hourly workers and 3 salaried supervisors.
Supervised the production planning of 7 different refrigeration assembly
lines which produced an average of 500 commercial refrigerators a day. Used
AS-400 based ERP system. Responsible for the procurement and subcontract
administration for sheet metal parts and components. Reported directly to
the Senior VP of Manufacturing. Continually improved operating
efficiencies by closely monitoring subcontractor performance and developing
a performance tracking system to identify supplier performance trends.
Developed a method of delivering items from the shipping dock to the
manufacturing area, saving unnecessary material movement to and from the
stockroom for high-use items. Developed and implemented a production
planning system that supplemented an antiquated MRP system that improved
visibility of production accomplishment and enabled quicker identification
of problem areas.

Served as senior buyer and contract administrator for the subcontracted raw
material and machining operations of exhaust gas nozzles on power
generation gas turbines. Used Oracle and COPICS ERP systems during my
tenure. Negotiated and maintained contracts with an annual value of $22.1
million through the use of blanket purchase orders on contracts ranging
from raw material castings to machining processes (all operations prior to
assembly into the finished product). Evaluated and reported supplier
performance trends and conducted on-site supplier capacity audits.
Maintained status of supplier's production and did what was necessary to
ensure that the manufacturing facility's production was not interrupted due
to stock-outs. Successfully completed Green Belt training and obtained
Green Belt certification.

Supervised a 3 person production control team and a 15 person stockroom
operation, supporting a 250,000 sf facility generating $450,000 in daily
product build. Supervised the spare parts support operation, ensuring
customers received timely delivery of spare parts on transmission
equipment. Coordinated closely with vendors to ensure non-manufactured
items were delivered on time and to an acceptable quality standard.
Improved customer service by closely monitoring the finished goods
inventory and identifying "best sellers" by historical seasonal trends and
producing stock prior to demand. Improved the incorporation of spare parts
requirements into the manufacturing schedule, which improved our on-time
delivery of spare parts to our customers.

automotive maintenance management, serving worldwide in a number of
procurement assignments, highlights include:
. Commanding Officer of a 334 soldier heavy automotive, armament, and
ground support equipment maintenance company headquartered in Hanau,
Germany. Management responsibilities included command
responsibilities of 334 soldiers, a $55.7 million customer spare parts
budget and a fleet of over 200 vehicles. This maintenance company
(149th Maintenance Company) specialized in direct and general support
maintenance for tracked and wheeled vehicles, boats, bridges, power
generation equipment, weapons, and communications equipment. This
company operated a supply support activity (SSA) that operated at a
wholesale supply level, and maintained an inventory accuracy level of
over 98% at all times.
. Missile Material Officer for United States Army Europe, responsible
for spare and repair parts supporting Army missile systems in Germany
(MLRS, Lance, Hawk, Patriot, Avenger, and Stinger), to include
procurement from host nation vendors and coordination with National
Inventory Control Points.
