I am directly responsible for the Manufacturing of cores used for the

production of exhaust manifolds on all production shifts. I am responsible

for the general supervision over all other production shift supervisors to

include twenty plus hourly core machine operators and core makers. I am

directly responsible for ensuring that all QS9000 and ISO14001 procedures

and organizational policies are implemented in accordance with regulatory

guidelines. I am responsible for noncompliance issue found in the core

department relating to any shift production from internal quality audits,

internal core docks audits, extrusion, missed key indicator targets (blows

per hour) or Daily Supervisor Core Audits to ensure corrections are being

made in a timely manner to reduce loss of production time material.
