PROCESSING FACILITIES (which is the largest crude increment undertaken in the

history of Saudi Aramco and one of the largest industrial projects being executed in the

world today) as an INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN.

Responsibilities:

• Loop check pressure transmitters, temperature transmitter, and pressure indicator etc.

• Conducting field survey, coordinating with instrument installation, instrument cable

conduit /tray, instrument cable pulling & termination teams, releasing instrument loops

for final inspection.

• Involved in cable termination & continuity checking in DCS Marshalling panels,

Auxiliary panels, and Power Distribution Panels & Interpose Relay panels. Prepares

work permits (hot/cold) for installation; rectification, modifications or punch clearing

prior to handover acceptance by client. Monitor work progress status for permit

revalidation.

• Perform Inspection according to Project specifications and drawings.

• Installation and calibration of various types of fire fighting instruments.

• Fill up calibration sheets as per client requirements and seek the approval of the client

representative.

• Prepares daily reports ( Site work activities, manpower, equipment status and daily
