quantity improvement and cost saving

Start-up and shut down injection mold machine, performs major process troubleshooting to

assure product quality and performance of production lines.

Assemble and disassemble injection molds, exchanged injection mold to machines included hook

up water, oil, air and electrical connections

Schedule and preform all machines preventative maintenance, tool repair and tests as required,

document repair and test history of each machine, mold for future reference

Develops and updates process procedures and work instructions to ensure that documentation is

colorant to control material usage

Separate and install blow molds according to working schedule, prepare hot runner manifold, core

and cavity plate, install seals, thermocouples and nozzles, torque assembly according to the

Coordinate and communicate with staff members in maintenance, production and management to

develop and evaluate new mold start-ups and modified products meet customer expectations.
