any incident that may transpire during working hours / unexpected

. Conducts facility-wide surveillance to identify hazards and correct

unsafe practices to prevent accident that can lead to loss of lives and

properties.

. Responsible in providing the management reports regarding surveillances,

unsafe practices, low risk, medium risk and high risk issues within the

facility and submits updated status of every issue, quarterly, semi -

annual and annual report.
