• 200,000 Capacity Up (Cap-Up) Project of Hyundai Turkey Plant: Installation of the new equipment in the plant such

loaders, air and oil lines.

• Start-Up Project of new Hyundai Products: To start up new Hyundai i10 and New Hyundai i20 models, proto production

was made in Korea R&D center and new processes were created for the assembly of the new cars.

• Assembly (Final Line) Responsibility: Problem solving and line efficiency increasing workouts were performed.

Assembly problems and workers’ problems were the main responsibilities.

• F.E.M (Front End Module) Loader Project: to decrease the process time and providing ergonomic for the operation, new

loader was manufactured in corporation with the supplier company.

• Tire Stock Conveyor Project: to increase the tire quantity new conveyor (longer and more efficient) was manufactured

and assembled to the line. New technology and cost reduction were realized by preventing line stops.

• Supplier Relations and Management: all project were carried out with sub-contractor companies in the design and

manufacturing and start-up progress.

• Blue Collar (B/C Management): to solve B/C problems in the line

• Ergonomics & Tool/Jig Design Workouts: such TPMS or Parking brake assembly jigs applied to the line. By improving

the assembly condition, product quality was come out to the better point.

• Process Improvement and Method Workouts: to increase efficiency, processes were examined and measurements

were performed if it is required. Former processes were analyzed and time adjustment done.

• 5S/Kaizen Activities: to make more workable environment and to provide worker safety, 5S and Kaizen rules were

applied to the line.

R&D Engineer (M.Sc. Project), MUSAN Co. Inc. & Industrial Ministry – Ankara, Turkey

• Design, testing and manufacturing of an Industrial Type Electro-Hydraulic Vacuum Sweeper (working with green energy

fully) by scope of M.Sc. project.

• Design and testing (performing experiments with different parameters and conditions) of the centrifugal fans of the

sweeper and whole system of the proto-type vehicle as well.

• Machining (Universal and CNC) and Manufacturing (punching, laser cutting and welding) Workouts
