I was a contractor for several asset management companies like Fannie Mae Specializing in up keep and make ready on foreclosed properties. I was responsible for all lawn and landscape needs, which included mowing, weed eating, edging, blowing and removing leaves and clippings. Cleaning and mulching all flower beds and planting any flowers, or shrubs, trimming hedges and trees, maintaining fertilization schedule, planting seed and or replace sod. Curb appeal was a must for these homes. Performing recuts on a 14 day scheduled after initial services were completed until the property sold. We also performed additional services which included: rekeying the home, a complete janitorial service or sales clean, carpet cleaning, carpet removal and replacement, debris removal, Int and Ext paint, repairing sheet rock, fences, door frames and trim, tarping roofs, window replacement, drain and cleaning pools.
