Review and comment on ITP’s, Project Procedures and Technical Specifications when required.

Attend all Pre Qualification Programs regarding painting and coatings.

Carry out internal inspection of vessels & tanks and do maintenance painting according to specification

requirements.

Coating Survey of exiting coatings using DFT gauge and Digital Camera and prepare maintenance plan

accordingly.

Review and verify the materials used for painting is as per approved Material Approval Request.

Review and verify Calibration Certificates of all instruments and equipments to be used in the project.

Witness and control Quality aspects of painting and insulation activities for piping, equipment and

structures to ensure that they and are consistent with project specifications, procedures and relevant

international codes and standards

Carryout Painting inspection (Chloride testing, profile checking, Dust level checking, WFT Checking, DFT

measurement, holiday testing, Adhesion testing etc.)

Ensure regular and timely response to sub contractor raised RFI’s to witness and verify technical

inspections and materials testing as required by ITP’s and Drawings

Ensure all activities carried out one as per the contractual requirements and within the specified

parameters/specifications, monitor all inspection activities, prepare inspection reports, work progress reports and

work completion reports submitted for approval by the site Engineers.

Performs routine surveillance of assigned areas and disciplines to ensure compliance with applicable

codes, standards, specifications and drawings. Closely monitors surveillance activities of subordinates to

ensure compliance to agreed plan.

Regularly attend QA/QC Weekly Meeting with sub contractor and contribute to resolution of quality issues

that occurred within a week.

Solve issues related to quality(TQ,QDN,NCR)

Brings any safety, environmental, or security issues to the attention of the QA/QC Manager and perform safety site

audits to ensure a safe workplace as request.

Documentation of all documents related to painting activity.

Ensure all activities are undertaken in compliance with Company Safety, Health and Environment and

Quality policies, regulations and standards.
