Reason for leaving: I chose to leave this job due to no communication with supervisors, lack of hours, and I was promised several raises that I never received.

Employer: Omaha Steaks Position: Outbound telemarketing Pay to start:10.00 Pay when leaving: commission Start Date:02/12/09 End Date:05/20/09 Job Duties: I would make outbound calls to previous customers and tell them about the current package deals we had, also to up sale.

Reason for leaving: This position started with a base pay then went to commission. It was also seasonal

Employer: Info USA Supervisor: Jen Wyatts Position: Telecommunications Pay to start:9.00 Pay when leaving: 9.50 Start Date: 01/20/08 End Date: 5/28/08 Job Duties: I would call businesses and update their information for the phone books, I would type in the new information if needed.

Reason for leaving: There where complications during the end of my pregnancy that's caused me to miss time at work. I chose to resign from the position.

Employer: Toys 'R' Us Position: Cashier Pay to Start: 7.25 Pay when leaving: 7.25 Start Date: 10/15/07 End Date:12/30/07 Job Duties: I would ring up the customers items, bag those items, and ring out the transaction.

Reason for leaving: This was a seasonal position, I was let go right after Christmas.

Employer: East Mont Towers Position: Server Pay to start: 8.00 Pay when leaving: 8.50 Start Date: 02/12/07 End Date: 05/20/07 Job Duties: I would come in and prepare for the breakfast, and serve it to the six elders that came down. I would then clean their table after, reset it, and then start to prepare salads for lunch. I would serve lunch and clean up to reset for lunch.

Reason for leaving: I graduated from high school and moved to Omaha with my family.
