server application at West Palm Beach WTP.
Oakland County Drain Commissioner, Walnut Pump Station, Oakland County, MI.
Created PLC application to run pump station with two wet wells, sewage
pumps discharged to Farmington and/or Evergreen interceptors, dewatering
pumps, control of sluice gates located on remote sites Acacia RTB,
Bloomfield RTB and Birmingham RTB. Created Human Machine Interface (HMI)
application with Wonderware. Created ladder logic software program for CL-
5000 processor. Investigated Oakland County SCADA system between Acacia
RTB, Bloomfield RTB Birmingham RTB, and GWK facility. Created multi trends
system to determinate update time between sites. Reorganized SLC data base
tables transferred by radio network between sites to improve communication
time.
Oakland County Drain Commissioner, Contract No.5, Oakland County, MI.
Created ladder logic software program for SLC processors at Regulator No.1,
Regulator No.5 and Regulator No.6 and GWK facility. Created Wonderware
software program, HMI (Human Machine Interface). Investigated large SCADA
network (a few thousand of data points) and PLC, SLC, CL-5000 processors at
GWK and integrated new SLC processor with the network.
Allen Park Pump Station, Allen Park, MI.
Phase - I. Created PLC application to run pump station with control of
sewage pumps and valves operation. This task included multi (normal, wet,
max wet, dewatering and over flow) mode operation with bump less
transition. Created ladder logic software program for Control Logix 5000
processor. Created Panel View and Wonderware software program, HMI (Human
Machine Interface).
Phase - II. Allen Park Retention Basin facility project. Created PLC
application (with Control Logix 5000 processor) to run chemical pumps at
Over Flow condition for the basin. This task included programming relation
between Over Flow and other condition, and also relation to basins valves
and mixers operation. This application used PID loop to determinate
discharge of sodium hydrochloride to the basins system. The basin has had
HMI application, I added new screens and tag names /combined to existing
Wonderware application during regular basin operations.
Genesee County Drain Commission, Genesee County, Michigan.
Designed system network configuration for three sites including Shiawassee
River, Mill Pond and Drain Commission Office with modem and dedicated phone
line. Designed hardware configuration for Allen-Bradley Macro Logix based
control system with two ML1500 processor and one ML1000 processor, chassis,
power supply, analog and digital input/output modules. Created ladder logic
software program for Mill Pond Gate Operation Project. The specification
called for keeping level on the pond with desired set point with tolerance
one inch, auto\manual operation and possibility to input many other set
points. Main software program to operate gates has been at local site (Mill
Pond) processor. There was no security conflict in auto mode, however in
manual mode there was a security gap. I implemented subroutine to prevent
accidental opening of the gate to full range, if operator would start
opening the gate from remote computer. In addition, if communication
between office and Mill Pond broke, two additional logical loops would
prevent the gate from opening the gate to maximum. Created Human Machine
Interface utilizing Allen Bradley RSView application, with SCADA,
historical trend and transfer data to MS Access. Created MS Access database
for levels and gate positions.
Detroit Water & Sewerage Department Pump Station No. 1A. Dearborn Hits, MI.
Created PLC application to run pump station, sewage pumps, dewatering
pumps, sluice gates and flushing valves. Created human machine interface
with Wonderware and established SCADA system and Ethernet connection to
Wayne County networks. Setup Wonderware communication between Pump Station
1A and Wayne County offices at Henry Ruff, Redford CSO Basin, Inkster CSO
Basin and Dearborn CSO Basin facilities.
Created ladder logic software program for PLC-5 processor. Set up date base
transfer between Primary and Secondary PLC-5 processor with backup
subroutine. Created Wonderware software program, HMI (Human Machine
Interface). Created MSAccess software program. Set up date transfer from
Wonderware to Data Base program. Set up yearly and monthly event reports.
Debugged PLC-5, Wonderware, MSAccess programs. I performed shop and field
tests of the programs and I examined field wiring connection to
instruments, pumps and valves.

for complete debugging of the entire control system. Supervised and
participated in the shop and field tests of all programs and filed devices.
Created ladder logic software program for SLC-500 processor. Set up
communication between computer and SLC-500 processor. Created Panel View
/Allen Bradley Panel Builder 32/Wonderware software program, HMI (Human
Machine Interface). Set up communication between SLC-500 processor and
Panel View. Debugged RSL-500, Panel Builder programs. I performed shop and

analysis, quality control and presentation during two-year instrumentation
contract involving approximately two hundred instruments including: strain
gauges, inclinometers, extensometers, piezometers. Developed expeditious
processing of data with a high level of quality control and presentation of
data in an easily digestible form, both imperatives to the success of a
