and current analysts how use the platform, and creating and improving documentation templates to make it easier for

the users to maintain.

Wimmer Solutions: Assisted with an identity management project for the Concur Security department. Duties

included working with the project manager to plan out the deploying the IAM, writing processes and procedures, and

assisted other security departments with their documentation to ensure completeness. Planned and set up a portal for

the documentation. Performed additional duties as requested by the compliance manager.

Prime Team Partners: Successfully edited and rewrote the entire security documentation set. The documentation

addressed how to secure Linux and Windows servers that run energy applications. Edited and rewrote user and

administrator documentation to add new information about energy applications and to standardize overall look and

feel. Worked with subject matter experts to ensure the technical information was correct.
