- Responsible in: nasogastric tube feeding, turning patient from side to side, giving medications as prescribed, changing diapers & bed linen, bathing without bathroom privileges, oral feeding (post NGT), nebulization, correct and proper documentation.

2. January, 2010 ( Private Duty Nurse)

Percutaneous Endoscopic Jejunostomy ( PEJ )

- Responsible: in jejustomy tube for feeding, giving medications as prescribed, sponge bath. Ensures correct and proper documentations of nursing care rendered at the end of the shift. Responsible in changing diapers.

Patient’s Case: CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Graft)

- Monitors patient for recurrence of edema, correct and accurate input & output through urinary catheter connected to urine bag, vital sign. Responsible in changing wound dressing and diapers, feeding patient via oral gives the proper medications.
