2004 -2008-Global Plastics, Inc. (a Tier 2, TS16949 Certified Supplier to

the Automotive Industry)

Director of sales and marketing on "Proprietary Products,

which were doubled. I quadrupled income in waste

materials. Principle negotiator, involving the acquisition,

of both Corporations and Land.

1987-1994-TCI Equipment Brokers, Inc./MOBIN Cellular Services, Inc.

TCI was a first in the Secondary Re-marketing (Secondary

market) of Telecommunications Equipment. As a fifty

Percent shareholder, I was responsible for all Sales,

Advertising. Purchasing and day-to day operations.

As for MOBIN Cellular Services, Inc. (July 4th 1992-October

1997), I was President. This organization was created out

of an Agreement established between Governor Evan Bayh and

Governor Tyaslov (of the Moscow Oblast Administration).

This can be well documented in the May 1, 1994 publication

of the "Eastern European & Soviet Telecom Report",

published by the United States', State Department.

1985-1987-COM-SPEC, Inc.- Founder and 100% Shareholder. Founding Member

of the National Association of Telecom Dealers, (NATD)
