SUMMARY:
As both a Project Manager and a UPK Developer, I have experience in
every phase of the implementation lifecycle including analysis, fit
gap, design, unit testing, system testing, acceptance testing,
implementation, configuration, EDI support, training material
development, user training, and operational activities associated with
post implementation. Applied practices also include review of project
schedule and decisions made to achieve project timelines and goals; as
well as performing contract administration duties such as preparation
of weekly and monthly status reports, project plan maintenance, and
task projections. Preparation of status, budget, and projection reports
is made available to management as required. Additional skills include
ensuring of quality assurance of project deliverables; identify,
assess, and manage project risks, organize team building activities, as
well as support business development activities.

Internal Implementations over the course of my career.
I have served as the project manager and functional lead for internal
implementations for the companies where I was a full time employee. I
have implemented IssueTrak for two companies to address Helpdesk and
Customer Support Features. I have implemented ADP to address our
internal payroll and 401K needs. Also I have implemented cBiz,
Salesforce.com and Bullhorn to address contact management activities
for sales and recruiting as the organizations were staffing companies.
I have the ability to manage the unique constraints associated with
internal projects and see projects through to a successful completion.

Great Western Malt October 2008 - September 2009
A Project manager for on-going post production support. Responsible for
the migration of their production system to an outsourced hosting
provider. As part of the migration lead efforts to resolve noted errors
in the architecture, installation, and system configuration.
Additionally utilizing a Waterfall (SOA) approach to reduce the overall
life cycle time, we implemented the Purchasing module as part of the
cutover plans for the new hosted system. Responsibilities:

Papa John's Pizza May 2008 - October 2008
Served as Program Manager on the PeopleSoft CRM implementation to 9.0.
Replaced the legacy systems that were used prior to the PeopleSoft
Support module. Oracle streams were utilized to interface data between
the PeopleSoft FSCM system, HCMS and Custom Developed Systems running
on Oracle Databases. Being a hands on manager I took on the following
responsibilities:
. Lead in the development of testing and training materials
. Delivered one on one training to individuals that missed scheduled
class training
. Conducted on-site production support for 2nd and 3rd shifts

. Ensured timely communication and resolution of noted bugs
