• Discovered that another CPA firm had made errors on income tax forms for high-profile client; filed amended returns to get her considerable refunds; suggested her son (a lawyer) sue the former CPA firm for gross negligence (since this had continued for 10 years) to recover refunds due outside statute of limitations.

• Corresponded for over a year on a letter audit with IRS for a client; IRS’ case based solely on amounts which IRS had erroneously entered; IRS waived all interest and penalties and amounts due.

• Numerous tax audits of clients conducted successfully.
