I have over 15 years of experience holding the title of Controller in small-

medium size environments. I am a strong team player in working closely

with the C.O.O./C.F.O and being part of the Executive Management team. I

have accounting experience in both corporate and public accounting with

field of Accounting. I have been completely "nite" schooled for my college

Chief Administrative Officer, Controller

Originally hired as Controller to oversee all accounting operations and to

do a computer conversion from Quickbooks to the Syspro (ERP) System.

Complete hands-on experience in all processes including, A/P, A/R,

Commissions, Payroll, Sales Order Entry, Cost Accounting and Inventory

Control. Developed systems and processes to manage resources and

streamline operations. Manage 401k reporting requirements and annual

census requirements.Duties were quickly expanded to use skills in report

generation and IT maintenance management. Expanded report generation using

Excel and Report Writer systems. Completely Responsible for generating

period end reporting including Financial Statements and all Sales

Performance and Cost Accounting reporting. Worked directly with CFO/COO in

preparation of reporting and analysis for quarterly meeting with CEO and

Financial Management President. Reporting included Cash Flow Actuals,
