Objective
I just moved from Alaska to Arizona I was currently a government contractor
working at a training support center on Fort Richardson, Before I became
the Issue Clerk I was a material Handler, I still use a forklift daily I am
familiar with all that is in our warehouse, I am very proficient in all
Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. I love to
support our soldiers and make sure they are well taken care of.

Duties: Manages the total work-order system for the installation's training
support activity, to include the work-request database, and to provide an
official point of contact for all directorate customers with work
requirements. Work with contractors to ensure accomplishment of requests
within allocated funding. Performs analyses and evaluations, and initiates
corrective actions, and prepares reports presenting results of analyses.
Responsible for the overall management of individual job orders
(IJO) to include scheduling, coordinating, and reviewing IJOs sent to
different work areas. Prepares, reviews, and maintains a prioritized
listing of projects to be accomplished during the fiscal year for each work
area designated. Serves as point of contact for all IJO. Maintains an
ongoing analysis of the workload and the backlog of active work requests.
Schedules, coordinates, and reviews all customers IJOs sent to warehouse
for accomplishment. Serves as the liaison between the customer and the work
force.
Reviews the scope of work and schedules start/finish dates and resolves
problems.
Manages the IJO automated program by recording, tracking, reporting, and
analyzing all work projects in the areas of maintenance, repair,
construction and alteration of the installation's facilities and equipment.
Conducts analysis to determine problem areas and implements changes to the
automated system as required. Responds to customer complaints, and
comments. Determines nature of the complaints and recommends appropriate
solutions.
Answer phones, Schedule, reschedule, cancel appointments, call units for
confirmations about appointments or if the units have outstanding devices
That need to be returned, inventory (I alone am responsible for every
device we have in our warehouse, issued out to units and transferred to
different military installations) I can use Microsoft's Outlook, Excel,
PowerPoint and Word. I use these programs daily for making reports. I am
proficient in typing (My typing speed is 45 wpm) typing and sending out
memorandums, I am also A certified driver for A forklift.
