MICROSOFT, Software Engineer September 2013 – Present

• My main responsibilities include developing automated test cases for Microsoft’s virtualization platform based

features in C# using TAEF (Test Automation & Execution Framework).

• Testing end-to-end scenarios combining different features to maintain and increase the quality of the product from

the customer’s perspective.

• Working on improving the internal test infrastructure by adding enhancements and fixing bugs in various tools.

• Developed a tool in C++ to change values stored at specific offsets in the internal memory of a two-way radio.

• Worked with different customers and on site field engineers to diagnose and resolve all types of issues related to

signaling and programming of a radio.

• Fixed bugs in the radio firmware linked to different features such as Scan, signaling protocols and text messaging in

the latest as well as legacy radios.

• Implemented solutions and setups in labs to reproduce specific customer scenarios and corner case failures seen in

the field.

MOTOROLA, Intern May 2010-August 2010

• Developed an add-in in C# to check build environment and deployed it on Team Foundation Server (TFS).

• Generated automated Unit Test cases to obtain black box test coverage for Customer Programming Software (CPS),

which is a Windows application developed using Windows Presentation Foundation with C# on .Net Framework 4.0.

• Extended white box test coverage of the platform used by the CPS software by adding structural tests to the code

which helped the team in identifying issues early on in the release cycle.
