As Retail and Hospitality firm I was brought aboard as the Director of Construction

to

setup Estimating and Project Management for this small family owned business.

Since we were still experiencing the depressed market I was performing both

tasks for the company. As the market changed we reached out to larger clients

with national accounts growing over the years to come. Our resources increased

adding Estimators and Project Managers to Intertech Constructions Forces. Already

established for over 40 years our Client base grew. As heading the Construction

2005-2008

Project Executive for nationally based restaurant clients such as Brinker International

as well as overseeing numerous Project Managers and their building Teams to assist in

total customer satisfaction, on time delivery and within cost budgets. Projects were

throughout the U.S. continent. Later moved into Estimating as a Co-Director responsible

for large scale restaurant and retail projects, preparation of bid forms, review of bids from

our junior estimators prior to sending them to our clients, set up of scope lists to qualify

proposals and communicate with all bidding sub-contractors for complete and concise

documents. Upon award of projects, we would interface with Project Management

to review project documents and assist them in subcontractor selection if required.

Estimating Department would then request feedback and input from accounting, and

project management as to the successful outcome of the project. Most of the clients dealt

with were high-end retail, restaurant and institutional projects.
