HR Manager/Recruiter

As a HR Manager and Recruiter for Torchmark/AIL, I provide employee

assistance for their Union benefit coverage, their enrollment process as

well as providing a mentorship during their extensive agent training. With

over 44,000 Unions nationally, I am updated daily on regulation and benefit

changes. In addition, I also do agent recruiting and interviewing.

Approximately 5 to 10 agents are required to be hired weekly to assist the

Union members with their benefit coverage. My success rate on qualified

candidates for hire started at 40% my first week and just 4 weeks later, I

have doubled my success rate to 80% and still rising. Due to my

improvement, I have received recognition for being the top Hiring Manager

in less than a month of employment.

in with chemical dependency treatments. Reaching out to

S.E.S./mentally challenged populations nationwide for enrolling them

federal HIPAA regulations. I have achieved setting over 2,500

enrollments into the health program in one year and assisted half of

them, while in treatment, to become tobacco free.
