horizontal continuous casting. Three no. Of horizontal continuous casting lines for

copper and various types of brasses.

I joined the RMI on 20th June 2012, as Graduate Engineer Trainee through campus

Planning and implementing predictive /preventive/shut down maintenance schedules

for machinery so as to increase machine up time /equipment reliability.

Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the

equipments through application of trouble shooting techniques.

Responsible for planning and maintenance of equipment for cold rolling (griset),

picking line,melting &holding furnace (induction type both coreless and channel

type),bell annealing furnace, off line Milling and slitting line.
