. Responsible for ordering, shipping, receiving, organizing and tracking
inventory. Performed monthly inventory audits and reconciled
discrepancies. Assisted customer with the purchase of company products
and services. Provided bill analysis and processed bill payments.
Answered inbound calls and assisted sales representatives with
paperwork. Performed clerical and administrative duties as assigned by
management.

Associate Trainer
. Responsible for training and supervising new hires in order to ensure
that their performance at the establishment was satisfactory. Kept
logs and produced spreadsheets that recorded the progress of each crew
member and documented their strength and weaknesses in each area they
were designated to work in.

Coldstone Creamery
Shift Manager
. As Shift Manager of the establishment responsibilities included,
opening/closing the shop on a daily basis. Overseeing the performance
of fellow crew members. Ensuring that company policies were being
upheld and maintained by carrying out daily inspections of the store
and performing all necessary custodial duties. In charge of assigning
each crew member to their stations for the day and giving them a "game
plan" each morning to go over the daily sales goals and expectations
of the store. At the beginning of the business day tasks included
taking inventory of all supplies and goods and preparing a ledger of
what items needed to be ordered from our suppliers each week. At the
end of the business day tasks included performing a detailed report
and settlement of the shops daily operations and totaling up the gains
and losses through both credit and cash transactions and also securing
monies received by performing a nightly cash drop.

Kaiser Permanente
Pediatrics Division Volunteer
. As a summer volunteer for the institution responsibilities included
the caretaking of young patients for the duration of their stay in the
waiting facilities. Creating exciting and engaging activities and
programs for the youth to engage in. Supervising and managing all
activities to ensure both safety for the children and a sense of
security for the parents. When not assigned to the waiting room
facility, duties included assisting the division director in various
assignments to improve the quality of our programs and agendas. In
charge of upholding and maintaining both the physical appearance and
sanitary conditions of assigned areas to ensure that all regulations
of safety and health were being met
