Piping Technology and Products October 2013 - August 2014

Material Handler

Shaking out metal parts received by cut shop by measuring peices and placing completed material on pallets.

Then I would get the peices to the fitters. After that I log information into the system and log every process that

is done into system to keep up with material and status. I would also drive forklift to move the material around,

pick up material from other departments, and take out trash. Other duties include using crane to pick up

material to put on a table in a booth and clean the material (smoothing edges and rounding corners with a

grinder). I would also print out blue prints and assembly sheets for fitters and welders. I would also get welding

wire for welders.

Window Cleaner

Driving from company to company cleaning windows with a long pole with a brush and squeegie attached. Then

after cleaning get a signature and payment/payment info from customer with an invoice. Services also included

schools and homes.

Me and a crew would go to businesses and homes and install surveillance cameras for customers. We would

also set up advanced software on computers for their viewing.

Driving and ez-go inside the plant to pick up boxes, used painting material, and broken pallets and take them to

Dunnage area to dispose of. We also drove forklift to pick up pallets to stack outside.

ICS

Using a 360 scanner to see which items are needed on the floor and stocking them. I would also use a Walkie

stack or forklift to pull items off of middle or top bins and get a pallet jack to take items to floor and stock them.

Other duties included unloading trucks and wrapping them and binning them in. With scanner I would bin and

unbin items in and out of system to keep up with inventory counts.
