• Supervisor for established program (“Living Well”) which provides assistive care

services for residents of senior living community (staff of 5+ CNAs/HHAs).

• Provided medication management for clients, conducted twice-weekly blood

pressure clinics, and once-monthly health topic programs for all residents.

• Scheduled services, promoted and maintained program for up to 35 residents.
