*HRIS Manager of the International Section of HRIS and the implementation of systematic use of data to manage Human Resources. *Personally managed the conversion of the Payroll and benefits of another division. Including the application of local labor laws and administration. *Developed the ability for accessibility for management to the documentation and certification of offshore employees to comply with ISM. *Developed the ability for Management to access the Human Resources data for all employees worldwide.
