Conjugation Manufacturing Technician Current- In BD Bioscience, Responsible for

manufacturing and in-house process testing of potential and existing products. Working on

assignments that are complex in nature where judgment is required to solve problems. Working

through SOP’s, Gel Electrophoreses, Column chromatography, Centrifuge, SAP, lotus notes,

HPLC, Column Loading, and processing clinical samples.

Research Associate (05/2007- 10/2010)- In Darotag Laboratories, IPT (In Process Testing using

Robotics) and GMP experiences, growing cell culture, bacterial cells expression, Cell counting,

Media and buffer prep, making Reagents, ELISA, gel Electrophoresis. QSR and ISO

compliant protocols, SOPs and central record handling, Validation and raw material handling.

Molecular biology techniques such as PCR and DNA cloning. Preparation of materials used in

production and conducting quality control during processing. Other duties including involvement

in manufacturing process optimization and performing electrical and mechanical tests related to
