tracking database for monitoring all phases of a project, performed jobsite audits for safety and productivity, performed

quality assurance of contracts in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, code compliance and

customer satisfaction, invoicing federal contracts using but not limited to AIA documents. Completing and issuing

Release of Liens and Waivers, evaluating certificates of insurance. Accepting or modifying contracts for compliance to

company objectives, facilitate approvals of all change orders, quality assurance for contract compliance.

Spill Team Coordinator: Training supervisors on how to conduct spill clean ups both on land and sea. Providing

appropriate methods and ensuring proper materials are used. Coordinate other trades in conjunction with proper

handling and removal of hazardous materials, instructed personnel on new safety inspection techniques to meet code

compliance requirements, enforced all OSHA, federal, and local requirements when handling hazardous materials.

Monitors project to ensure the project meets the contract requirements.

Shipping Coordinator: Prepare and maintains both hazardous and non-hazardous waste, shipping documents,

manifests, land bans and bills of lading, tracking disposal in accordance to both local and federal laws, reviewed

procedures with employees to maintain accuracy of such functions.
