Employed in the construction management of a state-of-the-art, $110 million 150 bed youth detention

facility for the City of Philadelphia. In addition to providing construction oversight and quality assurance

inspection for the 160,000-square foot, LEED certified complex, responsible for the direct supervision of

a multi-disciplined inspection staff covering the civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire

protection and architectural aspects of the project.

Philadelphia International Airport, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Responsible for construction oversight and quality assurance inspection for both airside and landside

electrical installations associated with the $70 million 1,040-foot extension of PHL’s Runway 17-35.

Ancillary work involved significant expansion of economy parking areas, a new toll plaza, roadway

reconfigurations and traffic control signalization upgrades.

SOLAR ENERGY PLANS EXAMINER

The Temple Group, Inc.

GSA Veterans Administration Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Acting on behalf of the U.S. General Services Administration, performed design review for a utility-

interactive rooftop photovoltaic system rated in excess of 455 KW, with an array footprint exceeding

49,000 square feet. Scope of services for this design-build project included comprehensive review of

plans, specifications, shop drawings, submittals and product data to ensure compliance with GSA

requirements and the National Electrical Code.

August 2009 to February 2010.

TERMINAL CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR/SUPERINTENDENT

Carter Hayes Associates/DMJM Aviation

Philadelphia International Airport, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Representing the Division of Aviation, primary responsibility involved providing construction oversight

for the new International Terminal A-West, a $500 million 800,000-square foot facility that substantially

expanded the existing Philadelphia International Airport in both size and capacity.

Involved in mechanical/electrical construction for a wide variety of projects including clean room

completed the fast-track construction of a large telecommunication switching facility for PageNet in

Bridgewater, New Jersey.

UNI Engineering, Inc., Mobil Oil Corp., Paulsboro Refinery, Paulsboro, New Jersey.

Involved in several projects from upgrades of existing systems for increased productivity and efficiency to

those required to ensure compliance with OSHA, DEP and EPA regulations. Responsibilities included

customer interface, conceptual development of projects, engineering and design, estimating and

scheduling, equipment/material procurement, contractor selection, construction supervision and system

start-up.

ELECTRICAL PLAN REVIEWER/INSPECTOR

Bureau of Construction Code Enforcement, Division of Housing and Development, Department of

Community Affairs, State of New Jersey. (Contract Assignment)

Responsible for determining compliance with the National Electrical Code for installations throughout the

State of New Jersey. Projects included hotels, colleges, cogeneration and wastewater treatment plants,

prisons, industrial and medical facilities, malls, office complexes, casinos, laboratories, high-rises, and

hazardous storage facilities.
